So...I'm sitting here in my perfectly clean apartment and I'm all dolled-up for a Christmas party that isn't happening. I'm drinking a long drink, waiting for food to arrive and thinking why is it that no one has ever written a movie script based on my life. I'm amused by how pathetic this evening is. And this wouldn't be such a big deal if my sister wouldn't have been here to witness everything.
Here's to me trying to make something happen for once and wonderfully failing at it!
