Last night I saw one of my favorite bands, The Ark, probably for the last time. Thankfully my camera didn't look professional enough for the security guy to take it away, so I now have these awesome (if I may say so myself) memories with me. Making this post and listening to this song makes me sad. This band has been one of my great music lovers for many years, and they are definitely the best live band I've ever seen.

One of us has died young...
Oh I'm so sad. I heard this morning that The Ark (one of my all-time-favorite bands) is going to be quitting after next spring. I can't believe it and I would really really really want to go to their last gig in Finland, but it's in Helsinki and I don't know if I have anyone to go with me. I think I would just cry all evening if I did get to go...it's like a funeral. The Ark is one of the absolute best live bands I have ever ever seen. The energy and the music just makes you wanna dance forever.
