Some before - afters
As you all probably know, I've been having about a two-three-year-long affair with Photoshop now. I made a couple of before/afters for a forum and thought I'd share them here as well. No portraits in this batch, as I'm not sure if I want to share those, plus the models don't necessarily want their un-retouched faces on here. ;) But we'll see..maybe I'll show you some of those too sometime. Anyways, here you go..

Shire Love
I went to a clydesdale and shire show today, and discovered that show photography is not my thing. But oh man, those animals are magnificent! Surprisingly I got a few ok shots, though.

The search of inspiration
I've been having one of my uninspired phases again, and today I was asked to take photos at the stable. The sun was shining (not so common in the autumn here), I had my camera with me and its battery was loaded so it was practically mandatory.
In addition to the ordinary riding pictures, I tried to find some new angles and things to shoot also (for me, not in general), so here's the best I could come up with.

The Photography Weekend - Saturday
On Saturday we went to Saarijärvi where I met Heidi's family and a friend, Ike. She agreed to model for us with her 25-year-old Icelandic horse, Aisuli.
As the evening came and we returned to Vaasa, I ended up on "wrong" side of the camera as well.
